YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES

I offer a complete studio-based and online schedule to meet the different needs of my students.


Whether you're a resident here on Gran Canaria, visiting on vacation or joining online from wherever you are, you'll find something to meet your needs in my weekly schedule.


All of my classes are taught with the same principles and practices, with the emphasis on muscle engagement, body alignment, clear instruction and correct use of the breath.

All scheduled studio-based group classes are taught at the Aya House Retreat Centre, which is a short distance by car or taxi outside the resort town of Maspalomas, Gran Canaria.

Studio-based class sizes are limited in line with current restrictions to ensure compliance with requirements concerning the management of the Covid-19 pandemic.

All scheduled online classes will be held via Google Meet for the highest possible video and audio quality.

Joining instructions for online classes are issued prior to the class start time.

Studio-based and online private classes are available throughout the week by prior appointment. Weekend private classes are also available on Saturday mornings.​

All mats and props will be provided - just bring yourself, a towel and a bottle of water.

HATHA YOGA (NAKED)

Open Level Class

This class is designed for all levels of practitioner, whether you're a complete beginner or have practised yoga for a while.

The focus of these classes is on correct alignment, use of the body's muscles and the application of the breath in order to harmonise and revitalise the entire body.

MEDITATION

Meditation & Mindfulness Class

Meditation is a fundamental practice of yoga and one that is available to everyone.

These classes are a combination of meditation and mindfulness practices to assist you in feeling grounded, centred and in developing a profound sense of calm.

45 minutes

This class is designed for all levels of practitioner, whether you're a complete beginner or have practised yoga for a while.
