Join me, Matt - The Bearded Naked Yogi, for a residential weekend of Beginners Men Only Naked Hatha Yoga & Meditation.
Over this weekend, you will enjoy and benefit from learning the fundamental practices of traditional Hatha Yoga and meditation in the beautiful surrounds of Aya House, nestled in the mountains of Gran Canaria, and enjoy the hospitality and warm welcome you've been waiting for.
