Join me, Matt (The Bearded Naked Yogi), and explore your most challenging posture. Whether you're a beginner or already know your way around a yoga, we all have that one posture that challenges us and our body.
This retreat is designed to help you embrace the practice of traditional Hatha Yoga with playful curiosity and a willingness to be kind to ourselves as we journey through postures together.
