Clothes-Free Hatha Yoga, Yoga Conditioning Training & Meditation.
Beneficial for the body, the mind and the spirit, Matt's teachings and classes provide the practitioner with the space to be themselves and to enjoy the many wonderful benefits that are so characteristic of this ancient practice.
Matt teaches that to practice naked has many benefits to the individual;
physically, mentally and spiritually.
Unhindered by fabric, the body is able to move completely freely through postures and sequences. This freedom of movement cultivates a space to develop a deep love and appreciation for our body; this cultivation of love for ourselves translates into a deep love for the world around us.
Matt’s Online Clothes-Free Hatha Yoga, Yoga Conditioning Training & Meditation classes are currently available to men and those who identify as men from all walks of life.
Matt’s Private Clothes-Free Hatha Yoga, Yoga Conditioning Training & Meditation classes are available to everyone.
Personalised Tuition online or In-Person
Personalised tuition in the practice of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Conditioning Training and Meditation is available on an individual, 1-2-1 basis and is available for small private groups by prior arrangement.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics, an advanced practitioner looking to develop your practice further or simply enjoy the benefits that 1-2-1 tuition or small group practice provides, private classes are a great way to explore and develop your practice in a way that is thoughtfully designed and delivered according to your needs.
Private classes are open to all and are available for both clothed and clothes-free practice.
All classes are taught in line with the same principles and practices with the emphasis on muscle engagement, body alignment and correct use of the breath.
