Matt has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation for almost a decade, and received his formal teaching qualifications in Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Meditation from the Yogi Ashokanada School in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
Both qualifications are fully accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
His physical teaching style has developed from the Himalayan Hatha Yoga tradition, and is adapted and modified according to the needs and capacities of his students.
His meditation teachings originate from the core, traditional teachings of yogic meditation and include an adept understanding of the subtle, energetic anatomy of the human body.
Matt holds full public liability insurance.
