Matt has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation for over a decade, and received his formal teaching qualifications in Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Meditation from the Yogi Ashokanada School in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Both qualifications are fully accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.


As an internationally recognised and acclaimed teacher of

Hatha Yoga, Yoga Conditioning Training & Meditation.


Matt's physical teaching style has developed from the Himalayan Hatha Yoga tradition, and is adapted and modified according to the needs and capacities of his students, ensuring his teachings are accessible and available to everyone.


His meditation teachings originate from the core traditional teachings of yogic meditation and incorporate an adept understanding of the subtle, energetic anatomy of the human body.

Yoga Conditioning Training combines High-Intensity/Low-Intensity Interval Training, Calisthenics and Bodyweight exercises to build strength, coordination and cardiovascular capacity within the body and provides the perfect compliment to the physical practice of Hatha Yoga.

The practice of yoga is as ancient as time itself; yoga is a path of self-realisation and understanding unmatched in the various philosophies and practices of human history.


Beneficial for the body, the mind and the spirit, Matt's teachings and classes provide the practitioner with the space to be themselves and to enjoy the wonderful postures that are so characteristic of this ancient practice.

Online and In-Person clothed and clothes-free classes, private and group-based, as well immersive retreats and yoga holidays are open to everyone and accessible to all levels of experience.

"I am someone who wants to start the day with a yoga class; once I have done it, I truly feel that I am set up for the day and I feel more focused in my body and mind. I also used to do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) before sustaining a hip condition and the Yoga Conditioning Training is a nice bridge (no pun intended) between HIIT and an active vinyasa flow yoga session.
