Join me, Matt - The Bearded Naked Yogi, for a unique yoga holiday experience - a full week of yoga (2 classes every day), lazing in the sun, listening to sea, resting your eyes with the most beautiful views of Turkey & Greece, enjoying a delicious mediterranean meal and relaxing and meeting new friends, reconnecting to nature and to your true self.

During this yoga cruise I will offer a morning guided meditation followed by a more active yoga class to set your energy in motion. The evening yoga class will be more restorative to unwind your mind and relax your body.

The week will be very progressive in terms of practice and therefore accessible to all levels.

Please note: the yoga isn’t naked but clothing is optional on the boat.

The lessons are for beginners as well as for more advanced yoga practitioners. Everyone can participate during this yoga holiday.

Sailing and yoga are alternated with delicious meals, a visit to some of the coastlines best spots, relaxing on the sun deck and diving in the clear, azure sea water.

Minimum of 8 participants to run the cruise and 12 maximum.

The prices* for this yoga cruise :

• Early bird = 990 Euros until May the 15th  (exc flights, Symi, transfers)
• Regular price = 1150 Euros (exc flights, Symi, transfers)
• Come with a friend price = 1050 Euros (same cabin shared)
• A deposit of 300 Euros is required to secure your spot

The price includes:

• 2 yoga classes per (no class on the of arrival) 3 meals a day (one evening, we eat ashore at your own expense) Drinks (tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, local beer and wine) Wifi on board Towels and bed linen

Not included in the price:

• Flight
• Transfer to boat (€25 per person)
• Turkish entry visa (if needed - please check your personal requirements for all visas)

The closest airports are Dalaman and Rhodes and are accessible by flights from all the biggest European cities.
