Matt Lamburn

The Bearded Naked Yogi

Matt has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation for over a decade, and received his formal teaching qualifications in Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Meditation from the Yogi Ashokanada School in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Matt's physical teaching style has developed from the Himalayan Hatha Yoga tradition, and is adapted and modified according to the needs and capacities of his students, ensuring his teachings are accessible and available to everyone.

His meditation teachings originate from the core traditional teachings of Atma Kriya meditation and incorporate an adept understanding of the subtle, energetic anatomy of the human body.

An experienced Retreat Leader, having led over 20 retreats across the world, Matt's warm, welcoming and approachable personality ensures an environment where the individual is put first and all levels of experience are welcome.

Beneficial for the body, the mind and the spirit, Matt's teachings and classes provide the practitioner with the space to be themselves and to enjoy the wonderful postures that are so characteristic of this ancient practice.

Marc Dingle

Senior Teacher

Since qualifying as a teacher at the Green Yoga Ashram on Mallorca in 2019, Marc's teaching practice has grown to include many  extraordinary healing practices and philosophies.

A Senior Teacher with The Bearded Naked Yogi Team, Marc's classes and teachings offer fluid Vinyasa-style classes, Yin-based practices and a deep understanding of the energetic body according to yogic philosophy, regularly teaching the importance of the chakra system and its relationship with the physical postures of yoga.

As an experienced Sound Healer under the tutelage of Thyme with Charlie, Marc regularly uses Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls during retreats and is honoured to connect with people on this level. He has a fundamental understanding of the power of sound to help us reduce stress, create a deep sense of well-being and to promote our own healing.

Marc understands the combination of healthy foods, aligned with a consistent practice of yoga and meditation, and is often found as our in-house chef for our retreats.  A chef for over 25 years, Ayurvedic cooking is paramount for Marc’s connection to himself and it is his teaching that health and wellness depend upon the delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
